course The Information Commissioner has made it absolutely clear that all staff who use personal data in the workplace must have data protection training. Whilst it is common for organisations to train their key personnel to a high standard, support staff are often overlooked. This session is designed to give your support staff a basic grounding in the fundamentals of data protection. Having your staff attend this session will give you the peace of mind in knowing that your staff understand what they are permitted to do, and what they must not do, with the personal information of both your customers and other staff members.
