The Ultimate Guide to the Data Protection Act

'The Ultimate Guide to the Data Protection Act 1998' is a series of articles that appear in the Privacy & Data Protection journal.  The articles are designed to deal with discreet areas of the law and to explain and simplify the actions that data protection professionals need to take and the risks of which they need to be aware.

The Ultimate Guide articles began in Volume 1, Issue 4 of the journal with an introduction to the Act.  Subsequent articles have dealt with the notification procedure and the rights of data subjects.  The articles will deal with issues of increasing complexity as the series progresses.
